Sales and the weather----
first ...weather..if you are up North today..yes the 18th of Feb is the first warm day ( over 70 degrees )..we have had on island in a long time...How long can I wear jeans and my one sweater...thank goodness it has changed back to near normal today.
new sales were equally divided between homes ( #8 ), and Condos ( # 8 ) since the 4th of Feb. We are getting the " feeling in the air " that we have bottomed out and alot of the showings and sales in the past 2 weeks were with lower end properties ..and now they are running short.
