I think it has rained twice since Christmas holiday. Now i’m not here to brag..but if you are thinking of becoming a SW floridian there never has been a better time... the interest rates are still low ( 5% ish ) and the prices though beginning to inch up in some areas are crazy low for the island life you can have.....think about it..let me keep you in the loop....tell me what you are looking for...visit me often on line..share my expertise in the island marketplace.
