Captiva has seen a decrease in sales from 10 in 2009 to 5 in 2010



Lot sales are about even at 14 in 2009 and 13 in 2010.



Though the list to sale ratio continues to run in the 94- 95% range, one of a kind properties are selling for full price. ( as in mockingbird drive lot ).



The beaches are full. Sanibel arms west is 100% occupied right now.



There are some great buying opportunities such as:
