First of all the weather has been A+ . 70’s - low 80’s and i just dont know the last time i havent seen a few days in Jan being “ winter - like”...we are all loving it...and it’s showing up with the increase in sales too

Homes outsold condos by a ratio higher than 2:1. Looking at the homes sold the majority were sold with owners using as second or primary homes. It Looks to me as only 3 , possibly 4 homes are going to be used as vacation rentals.
